I am very happy with the awning, it has given our courtyard a wonderful feel, plus will provide the shade we need. I have been very impressed with the service your company has provided, right from meeting you at Grand Designs to the fitting today by two great guys who done a lovely job.

I must say that from the moment of our first enquiry right through to installation we have been extremely impressed by your companies’ professionalism. It’s been a pleasure and we are confident that the awning will prove to be equally good.

Right from the beginning of this exercise as a firm your communications have been excellent… you have been extremely professional and knowledgeable in our dealings. Your knowledge, patience and skill in designing just what we wanted was outstanding. No faffing about, exactly as we wanted.

The fitting team turned up on time, at 10 am and did not stop all day except when I gave them coffees! They were patient when teaching us both about the operation of the awning and already we have had a celebratory G&T with the heaters on! The remote control is simple to use and very efficient. It is a very impressive piece of British Engineering and you should be proud of what you deliver to your customers. All the very best and we look forward to many happy hours under our awesome awning.

We are delighted with the new awnings. The room is cooler and we are enjoying the outside shade and privacy the awnings give us. They look superb too and are very much in keeping with our contemporary house. Congratulations on your firms’ efficiency from start to finish. From your initial visit to good production time and keeping us informed. The installers worked hard and were delightful to have around. The 3 gentlemen were very professional and did very well to protect the patio walking glass and tiles, despite dreadful weather. I am very happy with their job, and I am looking forward to trying it out once we are getting the scorching sun!

Thanks for your email, and also for your charming ‘Team’ who have made a marvellous job of installing the new awning… Not only is it beautiful, and working just as we’d hoped, but also the ‘Wifi’ control system is a dream to operate, and without chopping holes in the plaster to run extra cables. An unexpected bonus for us all here! If and when we get round to thinking about a 2nd Blind for the kitchen window, we know where to go. In the meantime, we will highly recommend Caribbean Blinds to anyone who is interested.

We are very happy with our new Cuba awning and may it provide us with many years of pleasure. Your workmen were very polite, tidy and contentious, with the right amount of being sociable. Totally happy with everything from beginning to end. I know it was quite long winded but we needed to be completely happy that we was choosing the right product as it is a lot of money and there are so many people on the internet selling for a lot less. We are very pleased with the awning, it looks stylish and very easy to operate. From enquiring about having an awning to actual installation was made very easy, the two guys that installed it were professional and it was great they cleared up any mess after they had finished. The canopy is everything we hoped for and came in use for the first time this weekend when we had a dinner party. We were able to sit outside until the guests departed at 2 am! I am writing to say how lucky I was to select Caribbean Blinds to carry out the project at my house. The team were brilliant a nice group of lads and so friendly. Your office staff were great also. Had the 1st-floor awning out all afternoon as was streaming into my study. Overall 110 out of a 100… well impressed. And that is not easy to achieve from me.
