The Digital Team have been making the most of the late autumn sunshine getting those last few photoshoots in before the winter sets in and takes over. We managed to get an invite to see our clients in their beautiful townhouse home in Richmond, we were very eager to shoot this stunning Puerto Rico Pergola Awning as our team have a done a wonderful job in designing the perfect fabric canopy that coincides with the rest of their external features.
The right shading solution and design was crucial to the overall aesthetics and functionality of this outdoor living area. The clients have a striking feature sliding door that floods light into their open plan kitchen which created unwanted solar heat gain. As appealing as they are, large sliding doors do come with that one disadvantage but it can be resolved with a shading solution that not only provides shaded protection to the large glazed surface area to reduce the impact of solar heat gain but also provides a dedicated outdoor living space in the garden.

We love how the clients have styled the patio area with the cream rattan furniture that compliments the fabric roof of the pergola awning. The hardware colour matches with the external door and window features, which work beautifully with the London brickwork. This garden design is now complete with a shading solution that links the internal and external area to create a harmonised space for the clients to use all year round.
