The Outdoor Living Pod has dimensions of 5.08m wide x 3.5m deep x 2.5m overall high, the ideal size to cover a generous family sized dining table and chair set with plenty of space remaining and the hardware is finished in our most popular Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 colour. Along with the motorised louvered roof that adjusts through 160 degrees for precise sun control and weather protection, operated from a stylish wirefree transmitter, this Outdoor Living Pod features integral led strip lighting to 3 roof louvers to provide perfect ambient evening lighting and an integrated motorised sun screen to the front in a complimentary dark grey solar control mesh fabric, which offers protection against low level sunlight along with providing additional privacy and stopping driving wind & rain.

*Price includes VAT at the current rate of 20% and assumes installation is being carried out in England mainland (other locations a surcharge will apply). Free on site parking is to be provided along with full clear, unobstructed access to Outdoor Living Pod location. Pricing is based upon installation direct to a load bearing ground surface (concrete). If ground works (ie concrete pads) are required this will be charged extra. Water evacuation is through an internal guttering system within the structure, with drainage from the bottom of the front post uprights. Power connection not included – we will provide a 2.5m lead from the structure with a 13amp plug attached for connection to your supply at your own cost. If installation of the Outdoor Living Pod is abutting a building a water repellent seal will be run between the structure and wall – no other sealing (ie flashing) is included.
